How much room do I need for the digital photo booth?
Our standard recommendation for the digital photo booth setup with a backdrop is an 8’x8′ footprint and an 8′ vertical clearance. Don’t worry if your space is a bit smaller – we’re happy to discuss options that suit your event’s layout.
How long does it take to set up the digital photo booth?
Setting up our digital photo booth is quick and easy! While our package includes a standard 2-hour setup window, we can often be ready in as little as one hour. We’ll work with your schedule to ensure a seamless and efficient setup.
Can I have the digital photo booth outdoor?
Our sleek digital photo booths are optimized for indoor environments, but we are fully equipped to bring the experience outdoors with the proper planning—perfect for unique brand activations and large corporate gatherings! Serving clients nationwide, we are experts at adapting to various climate conditions.
To ensure a fantastic and seamless outdoor photo booth experience, we require the following provisions at your venue:
Access to Power: A standard power outlet is required to operate the booth.
Level Ground: A stable, flat surface is necessary for safe setup and optimal operation.
Protection from the Elements: To safeguard our equipment and ensure comfortable service, we require protection from rain, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. This can include a covered patio, a shaded area, or we can provide a rental tent for an additional fee.
*Please Note: While a tent is not always necessary, safety is our priority. We may need to temporarily close the booth at the first sign of inclement weather (including high winds) to prevent equipment damage. Being prepared helps guarantee continuous service during your important corporate event or brand launch.
Can I bring my own props?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own props to personalize the photo booth experience! You can mix them with our collection or bring an entirely custom set.
Please Note: We kindly ask that you keep track of your personal props, as we cannot be responsible for any items that go missing or are damaged during the event.
