Here’s everything you need to know before booking one of our AI photo booths. If you’re still curious, feel free to reach out.

Not as much as you might think! Ideally, we need about an 8×8 foot area with at least 8 feet of overhead clearance to set up the AI Photo Booth and give your guests enough room to strike a pose. But don’t worry if your venue is a bit cozier – we’re experts at adapting to different spaces. Just let us know the dimensions, and we’ll find a way to make it work! We’re all about finding creative solutions, just like our AI photo booth.
How long does

Our team can typically set up the AI Photo Booth in about an hour. However, we understand that events often have tight schedules and unique venue requirements. That’s why we include a 2-hour setup window in each rental package to ensure we have ample time for a smooth installation and any necessary adjustments. If you have time constraints or specific setup requests, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

While our AI Photo Booth can create some truly amazing and unique effects, there are still some limitations to what it can do. AI technology is constantly evolving, and we’re always working to expand its capabilities. If you have a specific vision in mind, our team will do its best to bring it to life, but it’s important to remember that the final product may not always perfectly match the initial concept. We encourage you to discuss your ideas with our team so we can explore the possibilities together!

While our AI photo booths can be used outdoors, we highly recommend using them indoors for optimal image quality and AI effects. Direct sunlight can sometimes create challenges with hard light streaks and unbalanced exposures, which can affect the AI’s ability to generate the best possible images. If you do choose to use the AI Photo Booth outdoors, protection from weather conditions like rain and heat is essential. We offer the option of a tent for an additional fee to safeguard against rain damage or overheating of our equipment and staff. While protection may not be absolutely necessary in spring or fall, in the event of inclement weather, we must withdraw the photo booth, which could interrupt your service period.

While we typically don’t use props with the AI Photo Booth because they can sometimes interfere with the technology and its ability to create seamless effects, we’re happy to include them if you’d like! Just let our team know, and we’ll make sure to have a selection of props available for your guests to enjoy.
